I constantly here girls talking about how they wish there breasts were bigger. Maybe they want attention, or possibly it’s because the media pressures them to have larger breasts. But is bigger always better? 

I was having a conversation with these two girls and “Girl A” said to “Girl B”, “Look how big your breasts are, I wish mine were that big.” With a smile on her face, Girl B replied, “Oh really? Well many times I have back pains because of the weight of my boobs.  I can’t walk for long distances without feeling some kind of pain. Plus running is so difficult!”   

From this I concluded that larger breasts can be a two-edged sword. They have their “benefits” as well as their problems. 

A large number of people relate breast size to femininity. The media often portrays a “real woman” as someone who has a large chest, and slim waist, and this sometimes puts pressure on women who do not fall into this demographic to want to do things to meet these demands. Things like breast implants, botox, cosmetic surgery… 

Why would ladies want there chests to look like a big ol’ balloon? Women with over sized implants have to constantly go to the doctor to drain excess fluid from their boobs. That’s gross! Not to mention all the scars that come with the surgery. What’s gonna happen hen they get old? 

My intention is not do beat up on women who have implants or larger breasts. I believe that it does not matter about your breast size, it matters how big the heart is. If you don’t love, have no respect, or morals, you are not a real woman. In all honesty, men would prefer a girl with a chest that has some sort of padding. That is not to say if you have a small chest that yu are not attractive. Often times men go after women just for external reasons and then when he gets to know the lady, he finds out that she is a disgusting  ________ (Insert your own adjective). Then we see all these relationship problems and divorces. 

So ladies, don’t beat yourself up for not having large canons because at the end of the day looks fade. For you ladies with larger chests, please don’t let your boobs define your femininity or loose them to seduce men… 

I respect all the ladies, whether your chest is small or big, but let’s all remember that, it’s the size of the heart that counts.
